A young team thrashed League One Coventry Bears 70-14 two weeks ago and were pipped 18-16 at Betfred Championship outfit Featherstone Rovers last week.

Cougars, of League One, will field their strongest-available lineup and Burrow said: “It is classed as a first team game and it is a great chance for the fringe players to get a run out along with the academy lads.

“I am expecting a tougher game than against Coventry. The score is kind of irrelevant, but it was great to see the young lads come back against a quality team like Featherstone [to lead 16-14 after being 14-0 down].

“This is another game further on. I anticipate them being good against Keighley and they will need to be.”

Rhinos will be without Mikolaj Oledzki and Alex Sutcliffe (both shoulder) and Jordan Lilley (foot).
