Seumanufagai arrived at Leeds from Cronulla Sharks in May, 2019 and made 32 appearances before being released from the final year of his contract last December for family reasons.

A member of Rhinos' 2020 Challenge Cup-winning side, the 29-year-old, New Zealand-born prop spent five seasons with West Tigers before signing for Cronulla in 2018.

His departure was confirmed by Leeds two days after they announced the signing of New Zealand Test front-rower Zane Tetevano from Penrith Panthers.
