Disciplinary news: match review panel issue 8 charges as Wakefield Trinity, Hull KR, St Helens men hit

The RFL’s match review panel have issued eight charges and banned one player following the latest round of top-flight matches.

Penalty points were handed to men from Wakefield Trinity, St Helens, Hull KR and York Knights, with one Saints star being charged over two separate incidents in Betfred Super League round 18. There were no charges from Leeds Rhinos’ 28-6 win at Catalans Dragons, despite several skirmishes in the second half. Castleford Tigers, who had Louis Senior sin-binned during their 24-18 defeat at Leigh Leopards, also avoided any further action.

Players have until noon tomorrow (Tuesday) to challenge the panel’s findings and any appeals will be held later the same day. Here’s the full list of charges.
