LIfe doesn't get any easier for Dewsbury Rams at the moment in the Kingstone Press Championship as they suffered a 56-2 defeat at Toulouse on Saturday.

All that Dewsbury had to show for their efforts was a Paul Sykes penalty from 35 metres out.

Kuni Minga led the way with a hat-trick of tries, with Constantine Mika, Bastien Canet (2), Bastien Ader, Tony Maurel, Stan Robin, Mark Kheirallah and Kane Bentley all crossing.

In the Ipro Sport Cup, Hunslet lost 34-10 at home to Newcastle Thunder.

Jake Normington and Mufaro Mvududu crossed for Hunslet, Joe Sanderson adding a goal, but Newcastle won with tries from Ali Blair, Tyler Craig, Derrell Olpherts, Rhys Clarke, Lewis Young, Vincent Rennie and Evan Simons. Benn Hardcastle kicked three goals.
