Challenge Cup: Oulton Raiders leave fellow Leeds sides in shade
Raiders booked their place with a tense 28-26 home success against Siddal, after having led 16-0 on 28 minutes and 28-10 after an hour.
Kieran Walpole (2), Andy Williamson, Dominic Flanagan and Danny Mackintosh scored Oulton’s tries and Tom Egan landed four goals.

Hide AdEast Leeds trailed 24-0 at half-time against Thornhill Trojans and were eventually beaten 28-10. Jack Norfolk and Luke Tomlinson, who was later sent off along with Trojans’ Will Gledhill, scored Easts’ tries and Ben Walkin added a conversion.
Danny Ratcliffe (2), George Stott, Joss Ratcliffe, Gledhill and Andrew Lambert touched down for Thornhill and Danny Ratcliffe and George Woodcock kicked a goal each.
Milford Marlins’ hopes were extinguished 48-10 by The Army.
They had led 10-6 early on through tries by Mark Judge and Dwaine McCrea and a Ryan Oxtoby conversion.
Drighlington went out 12-4 at RAF, Dan Sanderson scoring their try.

Hide AdQueens were 10-0 ahead at Distington when they had hooker Charlie Hughes sent off for alleged punching and went out 32-24 despite a resilient display. Hughes, Brodie Pitts, Aaron Henry, who also kicked three goals, and Kieron Hudson scored Queens’ tries.
Hunslet Warriors were crushed 30-0 by visitors Wath Brow Hornets.
Hunslet Club Parkside will join Easts in tomorrow’s draw after opponents Valley Cougars failed to raise a team due to a wedding.
Parkside were unable to agree to the Welsh outfit’s request for a Sunday fixture because of a prior booking at their clubhouse.
