Rhinos chief executive Gary Hetherington confirmed there has been "some flooding" at the training complex which is close to the river Aire.

Floodgates have been installed around the building and the extent of any damage is not yet known.

Rhinos have training pitches, including an all-weather surface, at the site, as well as offices and a gym.

Hetherington said: "There is some flooding, so [the site is] out of bounds until we inspect on Monday morning."

The Kirkstall complex was devastated by Boxing Day floods in 2015.

After a complete refurbishment it reopened the following July.

Rhinos' Betfred Super League round two game at Huddersfield Giants on Sunday was postponed due to the effects of Storm Ciara.
