Amateur RL: Ingham poised to make his debut for Stanningley

MALTESE INTERNATIONAL Peter Ingham is set to make his debut for Stanningley at home to Leigh East in National Conference Division Two on Saturday (2.30pm).

Stanningley will also introduce Hadrian Lindsey, from New Zealand. Joe Phipps returns after suspension and last year’s players’ player of the year Jackson Green also comes into contention.

Stanningley’s second team face Beverley in a curtain-raiser kicking off at 12.30pm.

Hunslet Club Parkside will travel to Wigan St Judes (2,30pm) without Nat Browne (working) and Craig Miles (knee injury), but have Jack Carvill returning from suspension and Mark Stubley and Carl Briggs are also in contention.

Parkside’s ‘A’ team face West Leeds Eagles in a Leeds & District Bartlett Cup semi-final at Beza Street (2.30pm).

Division One Milford Marlins will be without new signing Robin Wilkes for up to six weeks due to a broken wrist.

Dwaine McRae is also unavailable for the visit of Normanton Knights (2.30pm), but John Elkington is in contention after suspension and Jamie I’anson could also feature.

In-form prop Luke Pettman is unavailable for East Leeds’ home game against Elland in Division One on Saturday due to work commitments.

Mark Greenwood is doubtful due to a leg injury, but Adam Hartley and Kane Riley are both set to return.

Tommy Griffiths has a back injury and is set to miss Oulton Raiders’ game at Skirlaugh (2.30pm).

Matthew Todd (hand) is still sidelined, but Dom Flanagan is available after completing a four-game ban.
