Winger Luke Briscoe was the star turn in an impressive Leeds Rhinos team performance against Hull KR.

Rhinos’ stats show Briscoe was his side’s top-metre maker, with 189 from 16 carries at an average gain of 11.8 metres, in Leeds’ 52-10 success.

Briscoe made his first Betfred Super League appearance of the season, after featuring on dual-registration for Featherstone Rovers in his previous game.

After 61 tackles against Hull, he backed up with 41 in the win over the robins, 10 more than his nearest challenger Brad Dwyer.

Reflecting Leeds’ dominance, Prior (25) and Mellor (24) - who made a strong contribution in his first start for the club - were the only other players to make more than 20 tackles.

On the negative side, Dwyer made the most missed tackles, with eight, one more than Gale.

The five penalties against Leeds were shared, with Gale, Dwyer, Prior, Smith and Adam Cuthbertson all conceding one each.
