Jones and Schofield are also members of the Rugby League Hall of Fame. The only other ex-Leeds player to have received that honour is Ellery Hanley.

The Australian Hall of Fame includes 10 ex-Leeds men: Vic Hey, Ken Kearney, Joe ‘Chimpy’ Busch, Arthur Clues, Bradley Clyde, Andrew Ettingshausen, Eric Grothe, Ken Thornett, Cliff Lyons and Danny Buderus.

‘H’ is also for...Harry Sunderland Trophy

Named after an Australian-born rugby league administrator and journalist and first awarded in 1965, the honour goes to the player of the match in the last game of the domestic season - originally the Championship final, then the Premiership decider and now the Super League Grand Final.

Bev Risman was the first Leeds winner, in 1969 followed by Terry Clawson (1972), Mel Mason (1975) and Kevin Dick (1979). In the summer era, Rob Burrow (2007 and 2011), Kevin Sinfield (2009 and 2012) and Danny McGuire (2015 and 2017) have all won the award twice. Other Leeds winners are Matt Diskin in 2004 and Lee Smith four years later. The award is voted on by members of the media. Burrow in 2011 and McGuire in 2017 were unanimous winners.

‘H’ is also for...Highs and lows.

From 2002-2005 Rhinos’ squad included the tallest (Wayne McDonald, 6ft 7ins) and shortest (Rob Burrow, 5ft 4ins) players in the British game.
