Twin Appeal can build upon a very encouraging run last time out in the Bet & Watch At sunbets.co.uk Handicap at Wolverhampton tomorrow.

David Barron’s seven-year-old finished a fine third behind Von Blucher in a deeper race than he faces here and can get back to winning ways.

Prior to that he won over the seven furlongs at Dunstall Park, finishing second on his only other appearance in the Midlands.

He went up 3lb for his win but showed his mark of 86 was not beyond him last time out, finishing in front of good yardsticks such as Heaven’s Guest and Bertiewhittle.

Madame Jo Jo is bred to be a good bit better than a 59-rated sprinter and there are signs she is finally getting it together ahead of the 32Red.com Handicap.

Her dam was a sister to an American Grade Two winner and she is also related to Pirouette and Harmonic Way.

Trained by Sarah Hollinshead, she showed little of note at big prices in maidens before being beaten just over a length off a mark of 60 in her first nursery.

Having failed to build on that next time, it was pleasing to see her perform much better last time out when third of seven over this course and distance.

Now Children is a fascinating runner in the Betway Live Casino Handicap for Clive Cox.

Returning from an absence of over 500 days, he won two of his three races for Iain Jardine as a juvenile but missed his whole three-year-old season.

A horse he beat twice, Euro Nightmare, is now rated 90 so a mark of 87, despite the absence, could be lenient.

Before Midnight should take a good deal of beating on his debut over obstacles in the Bromfield “National Hunt” Novices’ Hurdle at Ludlow.

He is from the family of Lady Rebecca and hopes will be high he could turn out to be pretty useful.
