Football fans have been treated to a flurry of FA Cup fifth round fixtures, as the world's oldest national competition reaches its latter stages.

Eight teams will be a step closer to a Wembley final by the evening of Thursday 11 February - and looking ahead to quarter-final ties.

Current cup holders Arsenal lost their defence of the grand old trophy when they were knocked out of the competition in the last round by Southampton.

When is the FA Cup quarter final draw?

The draw to determine the quarter-final ties of this season's FA Cup will take place on Thursday 11 February at BT Sport studios.

The draw will take place before the final match of the fifth-round - between Barnsley and Chelsea - has kicked off.

The quarter-final draw is scheduled to take place at around 7.45pm GMT.

However, if the penultimate tie of the round between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Southampton goes to extra-time, then the draw will take place after the conclusion of that match.

How can I watch the FA Cup quarter final draw?

The quarter-final draw will be broadcast live on BT Sport 1.

Customers can stream it online via the BT Sport app or website and those without a BT Sport subscription can view it via the FA Cup YouTube channel, Twitter and Facebook accounts.

The draw will be hosted by Reshmin Choudhury with former England international turned sports journalist Karen Carney drawing the balls out.

Who is in the hat for the FA Cup quarter final draw?

Six sides have booked their spots in Thursday's draw.

A 97th-minute winner from Scott McTominay sent Manchester United into the hat for the next round after they were held by fellow Premier League side West Ham after 90 minutes.

Championship club Bournemouth, currently without a permanent manager, knocked out Burnley.

But the tie of the round so far saw Everton edge a nine-goal extra-time thriller against fellow Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.

Manchester City beat Swansea City, Leicester City edged past Brighton & Hove Albion and Sheffield United saw off Bristol City in the other Wednesday night ties.

The two fifth-round matches yet to be played involve Wolves v Southampton and Barnsley v Chelsea.
