West Bromwich Albion v Swansea City: Latest team news

Alberto Paloschi is set to make his Swansea debut at West Brom.

The 26-year-old striker, a former Italy Under-21 international, linked up with his new team-mates after completing his £8million move from Chievo on Friday.

Jack Cork or Ki Sung-yueng will make way following the 2-1 win at Everton eight days ago, the first time Swansea had produced back-to-back victories this season to lift themselves four points above the Barclays Premier League relegation zone.

Saido Berahino is expected to be included in West Brom’s squad to face Swansea.

The Baggies are determined to keep the striker despite Newcastle’s bid of £21million, ahead of Monday’s transfer deadline, although he must shake off a dead leg to feature at The Hawthorns.

Loan signings Alex Pritchard and Sandro could make their Albion debuts with Darren Fletcher (knee) and Ben Foster (ribs) available, but Chris Brunt (calf), James Morrison (hamstring) and Callum McManaman (ankle) are out.

Provisional squad: Myhill, Foster, Gamboa, Chester, Dawson, McAuley, Olsson, Evans, Pocognoli, Yacob, Pritchard, Sandro, Fletcher, Gardner, Sessegnon, Rondon, Anichebe, Lambert, Berahino.
