Non-League: Weaver refusing to get in spin over Town's lofty league position

Town, currently second, host recently-relegated Altrincham at the CNG Stadium and Weaver is not getting too excited with just two games played.
He said: “We are progressing nicely. It’s very early on in the season but the signs are good.

Altrincham pose a real threat to Town and, on the back of successive 2-2 draws against Halifax and Darlington, are chasing their first win.
Yet Town, whose only injury concern is right-back Lewis Turner, are unbeaten at home on their new 3G surface.
With Town tipped for a top-three finish, Weaver will be given a better indication of his team’s chances in this early-season title-contender clash.

Worcester are yet to win in the league, having drawn 2-2 with Harrogate on the opening day of the campaign, before succumbing to Tamworth in midweek.
