Leeds United are still battling away in the promotion race, preparing for the most important part of their season. The Whites are in control of their own destiny from this point forward, but such promotion races usually throw up curve balls aplenty.
Daniel Farke's men are going to need to be ultra consistent from here on in, but in the meantime, the club's recruitment chiefs will be planning new signings ahead of the summer. The quality of those new signings will depend on whether promotion can be secured, but here we have put together a new Whites starting XI for next season based on transfer rumours over the last few weeks. Take a look below.

2. LB - Charlie Taylor
Taylor has been linked with a return to Leeds regularly. He is out of contract this summer, and the Whites need a new left-back, one who has started regularly in the Premier League. | Arsenal FC via Getty Images

3. CB - Pascal Struijk

4. CB - Joe Rodon
Rodon has to be signe permanently if Leeds go up. He has been instrumental this season. | Getty Images

5. RB - Archie Gray
Gray can play in midfield, too, but he is doing such a good job at full-back that he may remain there. | Getty Images

6. CM - Ethan Ampadu
Ampadu has Premier League quality and should be a starter whether Leeds go up or not. | Getty Images
