Good, so get set for 12 weeks of continued Leeds United transfer speculation, covered by the YEP every step of the way.

The first major football date of the summer is upon us tomorrow as the Premier League summer transfer window opens on Wednesday, June 9.

That window then runs right the way through until 11pm on Tuesday, August 31 which is two and a half weeks after the 2021-22 season has even started.

This will be fun, though, in truth, Leeds United transfer speculation never goes away, whether the window is open, slammed shut or, as is the case now, just about ajar.

Yet from tomorrow the Whites can officially start signing new recruits so who will be coming in and who will be the first through the door?

Whatever happens with Gjanni Alioski's future, the club's desire to sign a new left back is no secret.

A back up for the club's Yorkshire Pirlo Kalvin Phillips in midfield also looks a priority, and perhaps a midfield creative influence too now that El Mago Pablo Hernandez has moved on.

Patrick Bamford could probably also do with some help upfront and will there be new competition for Illan Meslier in goal?

Oh, and let's not forget the outgoings, and the inevitable interest in Leeds United's stars that the club's superb ninth-placed finish upon their Premier League return will naturally bring.

HANDS OFF RAPHINHA. And Phillips, and Bamford, and Meslier, and the rest.
