As part of a quadruple boost for Whites head coach Marcelo Bielsa, three other Whites players return from injuries to the bench in record signing Rodrigo, Ian Poveda and long-term absentee Gaetano Berardi

Phillips has not featured since last month's 2-0 victory at home to Crystal Palace in which the England international midfielder picked up a calf injury.

But the Whites star now comes straight back into the side and replaces Pascal Struijk who drops out altogether for the only change and is believed to be injured.

Rodrigo has been sidelined since suffering a groin injury in the 3-1 triumph at Leicester City at the end of January but the record signing came through 45 minutes for United's under-23s against Wolves on Friday.

Berardi has been out since tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his knee in the 3-1 triumph at home to Derby County in the Championship fixture of July last year but has stepped up his comeback with two outings for the under-23s of late.

Poveda has not been seen for the first team since injuring his ankle playing for United's under-23s on the opening day of last month but bagged 45 minutes for the 23s against Wolves on Friday.

Elia Caprile takes the place of Casilla as the sub keeper whilst Helder Costa also keeps his place in the side as Jack Harrison stays among the subs.

As far as the Whites bench goes, Casilla, Hernandez, Gelhardt and Charlie Cresswell drop off it for Caprile plus returning trio Berardi, Poveda and Rodrigo.

West Ham boss David Moyes has made two changes to his side and welcomes back first choice keeper Lukasz Fabianski from an arm injury.

Both Fabianski and Darren Randolph (hip) had been carrying injuries but Moyes hoped one would make it and Fabianski replaces Randolph in the XI as Randolph misses out altogether.

Said Benrahma also comes into the side in place of Ben Johnson who drops to the bench.

There are two keepers amongst the substitutes in 35-five-year-old David Martin and 22-year-old Nathan Trott whilst Angelo Ogbonna (ankle), Andriy Yarmolenko (knee), Ryan Fredericks (groin) and Arthur Masuaku (knee) are all out.

West Ham: Fabianski; Coufal, Dawson, Diop, Cresswell; Rice, Soucek; Benrahma, Lingard, Fornals; Antonio. Subs: Martin, Trott, Balbuena, Johnson, Noble, Bowen, Lanzini, Odubeko.
