West Ham 3-0 Leeds United - U23s recap: Young Whites fall to experienced Hammers at Rush Green

Both teams are out onto the pitch at Rush Green.

2. Miller wins a free-kick inside the West Ham half, good pressure to win the ball back. McKinstry delivers but the ball in goes out of play before it’s cut back into the box.

4. Leeds enjoying a fair amount of possession, Dean down the right but his low ball into the box is blocked.

8. Hosts starting to get a little but of joy but they’re having to be patient. A shot is hit from distance, which Klaesson gathers at the second attempt after a save.

9. Gray does really well on the edge of the Hammers box. He shrugs off two tackles, squares to Miller but the winger is tackled at the vital moment.

11. Hammers spring a counter to a Leeds attack, they are down the left hand side but the Whites defence steps up to catch the flag. Good work.

13. McCarron is pulled back on halfway, Chesters goes into the book for it. Fairly blatant. Leeds more than holding their own so far.

15. McKinstry gets to the flank on the far side and wins a corner ball.

16. A low ball in from the corner, McKinstry picks out Gray. He takes a touch on the edge of the box and shoots, deflected behind.
