  • RESULT: West Ham 2-0 Leeds United

18. Harrison drives past his man on the right. He’s into the box, heavy touch and it’s out of play. Not a thriller, you have to say. West Ham with the two big chances so far.

20. Bate cuts inside in the area, he goes back again and it opens up. Little options so he shoots but his curling effort is straight at Areola.

21. Hammers break quickly after the Bate shot. Llorente drags down Antonio on halfway, just a word. He halted the break. A final warning, you’d think.

22. Greenwood fires over. Loves a shot but there were options as he strode towards the area. Klich and James both shouting for it.

23. Koch and Firpo combine on the near side inside the Leeds half. It’s the latter who arrives late, Bown is down and it’s a free-kick. Chance to swing this in...

24. Rice delivers the free-kick into the box. It pings around and the Hammers are screaming for a penalty, it’s Dawson who headed it down who wants one but the referee waves the appeals away. It hit an arm but wasn’t enough.

27. Bate finds Greenwood with a pass on halfway, the Leeds striker is taken out by Dawson. Good hold up play, need more of that.

29. Hjelde drags down Antonio just inside teh Leeds half. Hands were all over him, no yellow though. Bit stop-start at the minute.

32. Dawson taken out. Leeds doing a good job of halting Hammers attacks when they get into their own half. Not much to write home, really. No chances to speak of... fairly quiet game all round.

34. Swing and a miss from Bate as it drops to him invitingly in the area. Greenwood then tries a flick from an Ayling cross in.
