Ryan Sessegnon has featured in 12 of Tottenham’s 14 league games so far this season, starting eight of them, but the left sided star suffered a minor muscular injury during the second half of Wednesday night’s 2-0 Carabao Cup defeat at Nottingham Forest. The 22-year-old missed training on Friday and boss Antonio Conte has revealed that the former England under-21s ace will not feature against Leeds although Conte is optimistic that both Richarlison and Dejan Kulusevski will be ready to start after recent injuries.

"About Sessegnon, today he didn't train with us,” said Conte at Friday’s pre-match press conference, as quoted by football.london. “He has a little problem and is not available for tomorrow's game. About Richy and Deki, they had a training session and I have one day to make the best decision to pick them in the starting XI.”

Speaking to SPURSPLAY after training on Friday, Conte said: "Deki had to play two games to get minutes and Richy, the 30 minutes he played against Forest he played with good intensity. I have one day to make the best decision for Deki and Richy. Ryan is okay, but not 100 per cent. Today, he didn’t train with us. All the (rest of) the players are available.”
