Stuart Dallas believes Leeds United can learn a lot from Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The Whites travel to face Nuno Espirito Santo's side on Friday evening in the top flight at Molineux.

Wolves toppled Marcelo Bielsa's men 1-0 in the reverse fixture in October amid a tight affair in West Yorkshire as a solitary Raul Jiminez strike earned the visitors all three points.

Leeds, though, sit one spot and two points ahead of their hosts in 11th place in the standings ahead of kick-off in the Midlands.

United are enjoying their first Premier League campaign for 16 years this term, having won the Championship by a 10-point margin last summer.

Wolves themselves earned promotion from the Football League in 2018 and have pushed on even further after reaching the quarter-finals of the Europa League last season.

Dallas - who has been ever-present in the top flight, scoring four goals and bagging two assists - believes as a newly-promoted outfit Leeds can learn a lot from Friday's opposition in how they have gone about their business.

“I think they're a team that we can learn a lot from,” Dallas admitted.

“Since they got promoted they’ve gone from strength to strength and they've been in Europe.

“They have quality players throughout their squad, they have a great manager and they've really built a good platform at the club since they got promoted.

“It's given them the base to move forward and that's where we want to be.”

Leeds are looking to get back to winning ways having fallen to a disappointing 4-2 defeat at Arsenal last time out.

The Whites fell to a four goal deficit but battled back in the second half at the Emirates through Pascal Struijk and Helder Costa.

“I think the belief in our squad is huge," Dallas said of never giving up no matter the scoreline.

“I think we've carried that forward from the Championship last year where we were used to winning games.

“What the management staff here have instilled in us, is a huge belief that we're good enough to go anywhere and get a result.

“But, we've got to be realistic as well in terms of where we are. We're a newly promoted side and every week is a different challenge for us.”
