The skipper has missed United's last three games with a calf strain but comes straight back into the XI at the expense of Gaetano Berardi who drops to the bench.

Cooper's swap for Berardi is the only change made by United's head coach Marcelo Bielsa though Jack Clarke, Barry Douglas, Pascal Struijk and Kamil Miazek all drop off the bench for Berardi, Illan Meslier, Jordan Stevens and Oliver Casey.
