Watford striker and talkSPORT pundit Troy Deeney has claimed he would prefer to watch Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds United over Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham Hotspur.

The Whites have earned praise for the stylish gung-ho approach despite a 6-2 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford in the Premier League last weekend.

Tottenham's form has stuttered in recent weeks, with Mourinho's men losing a one-sided game to Liverpool and then Leicester City.

“If you had to watch your Spurs team, currently as you said was a shower using your words, you would prefer to watch that Leeds team and have a right bash at it,” said Deeney.

“I don’t think Leeds are in this league saying ‘Oh, we are going to win the league this year’. They are fearless. They are having a right good go at it and rough with the smooth.”
