Dutch forward Grot signed for the Whites in August 2017 from NEC Nijmegan on a four-year-deal under former boss Thomas Christiansen.

Signed as a 19-year-old, the Netherlands Under-17s and Under 19s international then made his Whites debut in the 2-0 win at Nottingham Forest, just two days after he had signed.

The six-foot-four forward made 22 appearances under first Christansen and then Paul Heckingbottom but the striker only bagged one league start and netted just once - in the 2-1 loss at home to Sheffield Wednesday of March 2018.

Following the appointment of Marcelo Bielsa as head coach, Grot then joined VVV Venlo on a season-long loan in July 2018.

The striker then returned to the Whites the following summer but headed out on another season-long loan to Vitesse.

But now Grot has left Leeds on a permanent basis by signing a deal with Osnabruck that runs until the summer of 2022.
