Head coach Marcelo Bielsa will be forced into making at least one change with England international defensive midfielder Kalvin Phillips facing a spell on the sidelines with a shoulder injury.
Spanish international centre-back Diego Llorente is also out and club captain centre-back Liam Cooper is a doubt - both with groin problems - whilst midfielder Adam Forshaw remains a long-term absentee with a hip issue. This is how we think the Whites will line up.

The Poland international must have been at least an option to replace Phillips in the deep lying midfield role but definitely better in the central position. A key cog in Bielsa's machine. Photo by Michael Regan/Getty Images.
8. Helder Costa (RW)
Competition for the two wing spots is rife following Raphinha's immediate impression plus Ian Poveda's progress but Costa will probably still get the nod over Raphinha on the right. Photo by ALEX PANTLING/POOL/AFP via Getty Images.
9. Jack Harrison (LW)
The Manchester City loanee had a quieter game against Wolves by his recent lofty standards and Poveda is the main alternative but Harrison looks a banker to start as almost always. Photo by ALEX PANTLING/POOL/AFP via Getty Images.
10. Rodrigo (ACM)
The record signing bagged his second Whites league start in the no 10 role against Wolves and his first-half showing was impressive so might still get the nod over the recently returning Pablo Hernandez. Photo by Bruce Rollinson.

Not scored in United's last two after netting three goals in his first three games but in fine form and looks certain to again lead the line in the lone striker role facing an improved meany Villa defence. Photo by Martin Rickett - Pool/Getty Images.
