Former Valencia and Swansea City playmaker Hernandez joined Leeds from Al-Arabi in August 2016 and the Spaniard went on to make 175 appearances for the Whites, scoring 36 goals and providing 41 assists.

Hernandez ended half a decade at the club through his departure this summer and the former Spanish international is now 36 years old but Hernandez says his displays at Leeds showed what he still has to offer.

The former Whites star part owns hometown club Castellon but Castellon have just been relegated from Spanish football's second tier.
