New Leeds United fixture selected for live broadcast with date and kick-off time confirmed

Daniel Farke’s Whites booked their place in the second round of the Carabao Cup with Wednesday night’s 2-1 victory against first round visitors Shrewsbury Town, after which Leeds were handed a trip to League Two side Salford City in the next stage at the end of this month.

The clash at the Peninsula Stadium has now been chosen for live coverage on Sky Sports, taking place with an 8pm kick-off on Tuesday, August 29. Ticket details for the fixture will be announced in due course.
