The Hammer striker was hugely influential, but didn't have it all his own way up against Leeds' 19-year-old Premier League debutant Charlie Cresswell.
Here's how the Whites rated, in a game they lost 2-1 having gone ahead through the dangerous Raphinha.
7. Stuart Dallas - 6
till not hitting the mark he set for himself. Lots of running, tried desperately to give Leeds what they needed as it went on, couldn't make that impact.
8. Mateusz Klich - 7
Ran himself into the ground, made clever support runs, did well to set up the goal. Worked back well.
9. Daniel James - 7
A couple of nice moments, lots of hard work, chased and pressured.
10. Raphinha - 8
So dangerous and influential. Leeds were a pale imitation without him. Took his goal well, could and should have had at least one other. Created chances.
11. Rodrigo - 7
An excellent first half, some of his best football for Leeds. Faded completely in the second half until he was no longer impacting the game.
12. Jack Harrison - 6
A tame performance by his standards, but was coming back from Covid-19 and had not trained much.
