Rob Page's outfit played out their final warm-up game in Cardiff in front of their home supporters before they begin this summer's delayed tournament.

Roberts was handed a starting berth for his country and featured predominately as a left forward in a front three before being replaced with 20 minutes to go by Real Madrid star Gareth Bale.

The Dragons were held to a 0-0 draw by Albania on home soil as they now turn their attention to the European Championships following their final outing.

Roberts was an unused substitute against France on Wednesday night in a 3-0 defeat and picked up some much-needed match sharpness ahead of the international tournament.

Wales will kick-off the competition in Group A against Switzerland on June 12 in Baku.

They will then face Turkey four days later on June 16 in the same city before travelling for a clash with Italy on June 20 in Rome.
