Whites head coach Marcelo Bielsa named an unchanged side for Saturday's 3-0 win at home to Fulham, for which Pablo Hernandez and Barry Douglas returned from injury as second-half substitutes.
But how will Leeds line up against the Hatters? Lee Sobot takes a look at a predicted line up.
7. Mateusz Klich (CM)
Now in the Leeds United's centurions club after his 100th outing for the Whites against the Cottagers and all set to start an amazing 88th consecutive league game for Leeds in centre midfield, not missing one. Picture by Tony Johnson.
8. Helder Costa (RW)
This is where the imponderables maybe start with Costa replaced by Gjanni Alioski at half-time against Fulham as Alioski then swapped sides with Jack Harrison. Alioski scored but Costa probably still starts. Picture by Tony Johnson.
9. Jack Harrison (LW)
Impressive switched to the right against Fulham and now on eight assists and six goals for the season. Surely starts but probably reverting to the left. Picture by Simon Hulme.
10. Tyler Roberts (ACM)
Would likely be replaced in the no 10 role by Pablo Hernandez if Hernandez was fully fit but the Spaniard says he is not yet 100 per cent. That will probably mean Roberts staying at no 10 and saves the debate about who starts upfront. Picture by Bruce Rollinson.
11. Patrick Bamford (ST)
Subbed at half-time against Fulham - for Hernandez - as Roberts moved upfront despite Bamford scoring the opener. But Bamford has been Bielsa's go-to starter and seems all set to line-up once more in the lone striker role. Picture by Bruce Rollinson.
