Marcelo Bielsa remained coy in his pre-match press conference stating that any of his 22-man squad could start the clash. The head coach did reveal that club captain Liam Cooper had recovered from a groin injury to be in contention while Diego Llorente and Kalvin Phillips remain sidelined. Here's how we think United make line-up come kick-off...
7. Helder Costa - RW
Has had to be at the top of his game so far to keep out new signing Raphinha. The summer signing has shown flashes of what he can do during cameos so far.
8. Rodrigo - AM
Perhaps believed he was going to be a number 9 but has been made to find his opportunity behind the striker due to Patrick Bamford's form. Has made a strong start to life in LS11.
10. Jack Harrison - LW
Keeps going from strength to strength under Bielsa and his showing at Villa was no different. Looks ready for the Premier League.
11. Patrick Bamford - ST
Six in six. Life in the top flight seems pretty sweet at the moment.
