Leeds United look set for another big summer of recruitment as they aim to build on last season’s 14th-placed Premier League finish. Daniel Farke’s squad needs strengthening with the priority likely to be on attacking quality, albeit extra depth would be welcomed across the board.
Recruitment chiefs will need to get virtually every major decision right this summer but since taking control of transfers at Elland Road, their hit-rate has been impressive. Farke welcomed 10 players into his squad last summer and the majority have become key first-team regulars - but others have struggled a little.
Below, the YEP has graded each of those 10 new arrivals based on their impact across the entire season, with the price-tag factored in. Take a look below to see which pair got an A+ while one disappointing signing got a D.

7. Sean Longstaff (£12m) - C
Looked to have secured his starting-XI place in the autumn but an unfortunately-timed calf injury halted things. Didn't start a Premier League game from late-November but enjoyed some impact off the bench, not least at Bournemouth in April. | Getty Images

8. Noah Okafor (£18m) - B
Second top-scorer for the season with eight goals, six of which came in his final seven appearances. Provided the one-v-one threat Leeds lacked elsewhere but frustrated at points earlier in the campaign, particularly when it came to end-product. Earned himself a place in club folklore with that Old Trafford brace.

9. Dominic Calvert-Lewin (Free) - A+
Even the most optimistic fan might have considered 14 goals from 35 Premier League games a stretch back in August, but that's how it went. Always available and always a nightmare for defenders. Finishing left a little to be desired at times but no one is complaining. | George Wood/Getty Images

10. Lukas Nmecha (Free) - B
Six Premier League goals at a roughly the same per-90 rate as Ollie Watkins and Joao Pedro, albeit with a smaller sample size. Regardless, that's some going for a free transfer and many of Nmecha's strikes won important points. Hold-up play was a point of frustration but again, as free transfers go he's been decent. | Getty Images
