Whites superfans Kaiser Chiefs paid a brilliant tribute to Marcelo Bielsa's men with a cover version of a Queen classic.

The Leeds indie heroes, fronted by singer Ricky Wilson, wearing a club top, sang We are the Champions, dedicated to the Championship-winning squad of their hometown.

Leeds United posted the video on social media.

The band themselves are named after the former South African club of Leeds United legend Lucas Radebe, who played for the Whites from 1994 to 2005.

Bassist Simon Rix, who has described coach Marcelo Bielsa as a "long-awaited hero" in a YEP tribute, holds up a sign in the cover video saying 'Bielsa is God."

The five-piece band then went on to cover one of their most famous songs, I Predict a Riot, from 2004.

The Opera North orchestra also struck a chord, playing a rousing rendition of Marching on Together during their first week of socially distanced rehearsals at Leeds Town Hall.
