Option one is to opt to donate the rebate to the Thorp Arch academy and support the development of the club's youngsters.

The second option is a pro-rata refund, based on the value of the season ticket - original price divided by 23 [total away games] then multiplied by four [away games missed].

Those choosing option two will receive a rebate by bank transfer after the July 31 deadline and further details will be sent by email in the coming days.

A club spokesperson asked fans to continue to be patient as they process the requests, saying: ""We thank supporters for their continued patience. Due to the sheer volume of transactions and the low levels staff currently in operation at Elland Road, we would like to advise you that this process could take a number of weeks and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."

Leeds will experience their first behind closed doors home game at Elland Road on Saturday and fans have been urged to stay away.
