Leeds United provide innovative virtual mascot experience for cancer patient before Arsenal clash

LEEDS United provided a special treat for a young Whites fan battling cancer via a virtual mascot experience before Sunday's Premier League clash against Arsenal at Elland Road.

Thirteen-year-old Elliot Metcalfe has always wanted to be a Leeds mascot and Whites skipper Cooper entered the pitch with an iPad with the captain Zooming the young Whites fan prior to kick-off.

Leeds carried out the heart-warming initiative through the Make A Wish Foundation with the experience captured by the Sky Sports cameras prior to Sunday's 4.30pm kick-off.
