Illan Meslier is 'happy' at Leeds United

Leeds United goalkeeper Illan Meslier is a happy man between the posts at Elland Road under Marcelo Bielsa, according to his agent.

Speaking with the LUFCFANZONE Podcast, Meslier’s agent, Xavier Fleury, a partner of Yvon Pouliquen and part of the YPFC Agency, revealed that the youngster had options from some of Europe’s elite just 12 months before his switch to Elland Road.

Leeds United defender Pascal Struijk has a decision to make over his international future.

The 21-year-old has impressed in the Premier League this term and has Belgium courting him for his services.

Struijk is also eligible to play for the Netherlands - who he represented at Under-17s level - and Indonesia.
