Leeds United fans enjoyed a 1-1 comeback draw against Manchester United on Sunday with some big tackles keeping Elland Road fiery on an otherwise briskly cold day. Dominic Calvert-Lewin was on target for the Whites, his close-range finish from a corner cancelling out Bryan Mbeumo’s first-half opener.
There was a lack of quality in the final third from both teams but plenty to get Elland Road on its feet. Ethan Ampadu had the ground rocking early on after a crunching tackle on Carlos Baleba while the likes of Bruno Fernandes played the villain. It was Calvert-Lewin’s leveller that brought the biggest roar, however.
Throughout the 90 minutes and either side of the game, thousands of Leeds fans made themselves heard to enjoy a decent Sunday afternoon overall. Below are 33 of the best pictures of supporters who travelled from the USA, Norway and beyond - plus one beaming Ampadu fan who received a special gift.
