Leeds United keen on reunion with former favourite as Championship club eye ex-Whites starlet – gossip

With the January transfer window just around the corner, speculation surrounding the Whites and their top-flight rivals is beginning to intensity.

And in this morning’s latest transfer headlines, Leeds are being tipped to provide competition in Manchester United’s pursuit of Ben White.

According to the Manchester Evening News, the Red Devils are huge admirers of the 23-year-old and have added him to their list of centre-back options for the next two transfer windows.

But instead of having a clear run at signing the defender, the report adds Leeds are keen on bringing their former loanee back to Elland Road, while Liverpool have also been linked.

Indeed, Brighton remain determined to keep hold of him until at least the summer, which suggests this a saga that will likely be played out next summer, rather than next month.
