True to his word and after the completion of the Premier League, call centre worker Patrick tweeted Patrick Bamford again - tagging popular LUFC magazine The Square Ball - to find out the answers to his questions.

The tweet read: "Do any fans of @TheSquareBall know what Patrick Bamford's favourite animal and favourite instrument are?

"I may have (did) put out a tweet around January that if we finished in the top 10 I'd get a tattoo of the animal playing the instrument."

Just hours later, Bamford humorously replied with a picture of him and a guitar and his favourite dog.

Speaking to the YEP on Monday, Patrick said: "I'd been wanting a new tattoo for a while and was thinking of something related to Leeds United.

"In January 2021 I started to believe we could finish in the top 10 so I pin tweeted "If Leeds finish in the top 10 I'll get a tattoo of Patrick Bamford's favourite animal playing his favourite instrument".

"After this incredible season we of course finished 9th so I have to stick to my word and today on a whim I tweeted & tagged in The Square Ball."

Patrick said the response had been amazing.

He added: "I got lots of likes, RTs, and wild suggestions of various creative animal and instrument combinations followed.

"Then the Lord himself replied with a photo of his guitar and his Labradoodle."

Bamford's response quickly spread across Twitter and has since gone viral, with thousands of shares in less than an hour.
