Striker Tom Eaves is out for the season with an ankle injury having been stretchered off with ligament damage in last weekend's 2-1 defeat at Preston North End.

Four days later, centre-back Jordy de Wijs had to be taken off against Barnsley with a calf injury and both De Wijs and fellow centre-back Reece Burke will miss the clash against the Whites.

De Wijs is facing around two weeks out with Burke facing around three weeks on the sidelines, also with a calf injury that he picked up in training.

Jon Toral is also looking at around two weeks out with a hamstring injury suffered against Barnsley and the game will come too soon for Keane Lewis-Potter despite the forward having trained on Friday.

Eric Lichaj and Herbie Kane are also out with ankle injuries.
