Leeds United completed a double swoop of French stars on transfer deadline day - but where do the bookies think the Whites will now finish come the end of the 2026-27 Premier League campaign?
Leeds went into Tuesday’s final day of the summer transfer window having so far brought in Harry Wilson, Tarik Muharemovic, James Trafford, Nico Elvedi and Michael Zetterer for the club’s second season in the Premier League.
Pascal Struijk, Karl Darlow, Sebastiaan Bornauw and Joel Piroe had been the most notable departures.
The Whites then added French left back Melvin Bard to their ranks from Nice before one last very late deal to sign another Frenchman in young attacker Jean-Matteo Bahoya from Eintracht Frankfurt.
Willy Gnonto was the big deadline day departure and all told United’s squad now has a very different look to it for the 2026-27 Premier League season.
Daniel Farke’s Whites will take in their second away game of the new season on Saturday at Brighton, ahead of which the bookies have issued strong backing to Leeds versus the likes of Everton, Sunderland and Nottingham Forest in their predicted final table based on the latest odds.
In reverse order, here is how they think the final table will look.

2. 2nd: Manchester City
Title odds: 4-1 (but now 7-4 third favourites to go down and as short as 6-5 with some firms after guilty financial charges verdict which is being appealed). | AFP via Getty Images
