Richard, 51, was dropping 16-year-old Jessica off at Costa, where she's just started work.

Jessica recognised him and wanted a photo - and Bielsa was only too happy to oblige.

Richard told the YEP: "I asked if it was OK for the pic, Marcelo was happy to do it, I said thanks and we left - I didn't want to waste any more of his time.

"Words can't really describe how much he has done for Leeds as a club and a city.

"He's down to earth and always has time for the fans.

"A big thanks goes to Radz, Victor and Angus for bringing him to us."

Bielsa is often spotted surrounded by paperwork while out and about, with fans often speculating whether he's plotting his next transfer moves.

On Saturday, Bielsa was reading a copy of the Yorkshire Evening Post.

Closer examination of the photo reveals he was turned to pages 52-53 of Saturday's YEP - so he was either catching up on the back page of Green Post Rebooted, or reading about the dogs up for adoption at Dogs Trust Leeds (could Bielsa be looking for a new furry friend?!).

If there's one thing we know about Bielsa - it's that he always keeps us guessing.
