Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa provides Kalvin Phillips and Helder Costa injury updates

MARCELO Bielsa has provided updates as to why Leeds United duo Kalvin Phillips and Helder Costa missed Saturday's Premier League clash at Brighton.

The duo were both missing altogether from the match-day squad for Saturday's 3pm kick-off at at the Amex.

Asked about why the pair were missing on Amazon Prime Video, Whites head coach Bielsa said: "Kalvin picked up a knock behind his knee and Helder has an injury to his back."

Costa limped off in the 72nd minute of last weekend's goalless draw at home to Manchester United after being wrestled to the ground by Aaron Wan-Bissaka and seemingly falling awkwardly on his back.
