Slaven Bilic has claimed the monthly award

West Bromwich Albion head coach Slaven Bilic has won February's Championship manager of the month award, beating Marcelo Bielsa in the process.

The Baggies boss saw off Bielsa, Fulham's Scott Parker and Wigan's Paul Cook for the monthly gong.

Bilic oversaw his side win five matches, draw one and lose one respectively in league action.

The Whites, though, have since leapfrogged Albion in the race for promotion into top spot in the division.

Leeds have a one point cushion over the baggies ahead of this weekend's round of fixtures.
