United are long odds on and no bigger than 4-11 to record a first win in four games in Saturday afternoon's contest at Elland Road whereas Lee Johnson's side are as big as 9-1. The draw is 17-4.

Those big odds about an away victory are on offer despite the Robins arriving sat seventh and just three points behind second-placed Leeds and having won six of their last eight league games.

United have won just two of their last 11 and their haul of nine points from a last possible 33 is the third worse in the division over that time-frame with only QPR and Luton Town faring worse.

But buoyed by their impressive display in Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Brentford, the layers are convinced that this time United will finally get it right though it's worth remembering that both Wigan Athletic and Sheffield Wednesday also lined up at Elland Road at big odds to leave with all three points.

As ever, Patrick Bamford heads the first scorer market despite only scoring in one of his last nine games with Marcelo Bielsa already confirming that Bamford will start and the Whites no 9 is only 7-2 to score first and odds on at 10-11 as an any time scorer.

Jean-Kevin Augustin - who looks certain to be on the bench - is next at 17-4 first scorer and only 5-4 any time.

Tyler Roberts, likely to be missing with a calf injury, is next in the market before Pablo Hernandez who is 6-1 to net first and 15-8 any time.

After the likes of Jack Harrison, Helder Costa and Mateusz Klich, the first Bristol City players in that market appear well down the list with Nahki Wells, Famara Diedhiou and Andreas Weimann rated the three main threats.

Wells is 10-1 to net first and 7-2 any time, with Diedhiou 12s and 15-4 respectively and Weimann 14s and 24-5.

No goalscorer is next at 14-1 but a 2-0 win for the Whites is rated the most likely score at 13-2 followed by 1-0 (7s), 2-1 (8s) and even 3-0 (17-2).

Bristol City to leave with a 1-0 success will have its takers at 28-1, the same price as a 2-1 victory for the Robins.

This time, though, the bookies are certain Leeds will send their supporters home happy but those supporters know full well they have been here before.
