League One currently has no testing programme but in League Two there were no positive tests from the 126 players and club staff who were tested this time round.

The EFL do not make public the identity of those who test positive or the details of their club, but Sheffield Wednesday have tonight confirmed a member of staff has the virus.

In a separate statement released this evening, the EFL revealed that the board met today and considered proposals for potential amendments to the regulations regarding the conclusion of the 2019/20 season.

Clubs have been given notice of a meeting next Tuesday during which they will consider the proposals and vote on the way forward.
