The Whites make the short trip to Lancashire this weekend.

United have just three games of their first Premier League campaign for 16 years remaining and will be looking to finish the season strongly.

Marcelo Bielsa's outfit toppled Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 last time out and sit 10th in the top flight standings ahead of kick-off.

Burnley themselves defeated Fulham at Craven Cottage on Monday night to ensure their own safety for another year. Head coach Sean Dyche has guided his men to 15th in the table.

Managers Bielsa and Dyche will both give a more definitive update during their pre-match press conferences later in the week - here, though, we take a look at what injury and suspension worries are of concern to both teams ahead of kick-off:

Burnley injury list

Robbie Brady - Achilles

Kevin Long - shin

Robbie Brady is still battling for fitness.

The 29-year-old suffered a recurrence of an Achilles problem during the Republic of Ireland’s friendly with Qatar in March and hasn't featured at club level since.

Boss Sean Dyche was initially hopeful he would return this season but he may have played his last Clarets game as he is out of contract this summer.

Kevin Long has also failed to feature since February and is expected to again miss out this weekend.

Leeds United injury list

Liam Cooper - quad

Helder Costa - back

Adam Forshaw - muscle

Club captain Liam Cooper was eligible to return after suspension against Spurs but was a late absentee at Elland Road once again.

The central defender picked up a quad issue in the build up to the game and missed out on Bielsa's matchday squad.

Helder Costa has already been ruled out for the season after suffering a back injury against Manchester United while Adam Forshaw is also sidelined following his initial comeback from a hip injury last month.
