The YEP's chief football writer Graham Smyth hands out the scores after a clinical performance against the Cottagers.
7. Mateusz Klich
7 - When Leeds began to enjoy more space and time, he flourished. Some lovely touches and passes to move Leeds up the pitch or keep attacks flowing.
8. Helder Costa
6 - Set up a goal but struggled to make much more of an impact with Leeds under the cosh in the first half. Replaced at the break.
9. Jack Harrison
7 - Quiet first half, came into the game much more in the second half and, on the break, on the right, was deadly, picking up an assist and a goal
10. Tyler Roberts
7 - Plenty of effort and running but it wasn't until Leeds were in the ascendancy that he was able to impact the game.
11. Patrick Bamford
6 - Took his goal really well but wasn't able to give Leeds an outlet as they struggled to break out in the first half.
12. Pablo Hernandez (sub)
8 - Didn't even play a full half yet showed exactly what Leeds had been missing in the first half. He got a foot on the ball, sprayed passes, unlocked the press and claimed an assist.
