Mark Jackson's outfit will welcome West Ham United to Thorp Arch for an academy clash this afternoon at the club's training ground.

United fielded a young side made up of mostly Under-18s in midweek for a Premier League Cup outing with Wigan Athletic.

  • RESULT: Leeds United 2-2 West Ham

60. Huge chance for Leeds to level. McCarron with some brilliant work to deliver. Ball falls to Dean and he shoots low but draws a fantastic save Hegyi.

61. Leeds need something, so Mark Jackson throws Crysencio Summerville into the game. He replaces Amari Miller.

Hammers yellow card

64. West Ham yellow. Summerville turns on halfway, he’s dragged back. It’s not enough to stop him so Baptise hacks him down.

67. Summerville, again, causing havoc. He slides in McKinstry and he’s hacked down. Ball is whipped in and it’s over everyone. Hammers throw.

69. West Ham lose the ball in midfielder. McKinstry feeds in Joffy, who is taken out by Baptise.

70. Greenwood converts emphatically... 2-2!

71. There’s some afters... Dean and Hammers goalkeeper Hegyi booked. Bit of a scrap over the ball. It has been brewing... all square, though.

74. United have responded well since the leveller, they’re looking for a winner now. West Ham struggling to keep the ball as McKinstry gets booked.

Leeds on the front foot

77. It’s Leeds who are enjoying more of the ball and with it comes pressure. No real openings but Summerville, McKinstry, Greenwood and Joffy are all asking questions. Hammers having to weather a bit of a storm.

79. More pressure... McKinstry delivers. Kenneh rises at the back post but the ball is headed away just as he looks to get on the end of it.
