Klich shoots, Everton clear

17. The corner falls to Klich and his shot is tame. Pickford gathers and starts and Everton attack.

18. Leeds want a free-kick after some great play from Bamford. He turns and is dragged back but manages to drive forward still. Klich attempts to return the favour but his pass allows the visitors to break. It’s three on three all of a sudden. Gray is down the right and whips a ball across the face of goal, but Calvert-Lewin can’t get on the end of it as he slides in. Phew...

21. Raphinha wins it in the Everton half. He turns and is held back after pressure was mounting. Leeds take it quickly and continue to keep the visitors pinned back...

24. Dallas down the right. Phillips finds him. His deliver, though, is poor and hits the first man. Everton swipe it swipe it away and it looks like Ayling might be caught by Calvert-Lewin but he tidies up well back to Meslier. Leeds definitely shading the possession so far.

25. Gray is causing Leeds bother... he’s in on the left this time. He drills a low cross and United have to slide back towards their own goal and clear it.

Everton want a penalty

27. Calvert-Lewin is free at the back post. The ball is dinked in and Cooper is all over him. He drags back his shirt and he goes down. Darren England says no... but VAR is checking it.

29. After a lengthy review... it’s a penalty after a consultation with the pitchside monitor. Cooper is booked. United are arguing... Calvert-Lewin to step up...

30. Calvert-Lewin strikes it into the bottom corner... Meslier goes the right way but it’s well into the corner. 0-1.

Home crowd not happy

31. Calvert-Lewin tells them to shush. He celebrates right in front of the Kop. There’s a Toffees fan on the pitch in the far corner and a flare goes off. The visitors lead.

32. Leeds try and immediate response. Raphinha on the edge of the box. He jinks one way then the other and shoots low. It flies past Pickford’s post.. he was worried for a second.
