Marcelo Bielsa' s men created a host of chances and were denied by the woodwork and Robin Olsen, as two defensive lapses in the first half ultimately cost them in a 2-1 defeat.
7. Stuart Dallas - 7
Lots of hard work, some neat football in and around the area. Won the ball back well in good positions, pressed with intensity.
8. Mateusz Klich - 6
Got into good positions to cause problems but the execution wasn't always there. Better second half than first.
9. Jack Harrison - 6
Plenty of effort again, delivery wasn't quite there at times. Did play some neat passes to create space on the left.
10. Raphinha - 8
A menace, again. Took his goal well, showed some lovely touches and passes, made good decisions. Put in a good shift.
11. Patrick Bamford - 6
Not at the level he produced on Sunday. It wasn't for lack of trying. He struggled with the surface. Unlucky not to score.
12. Pablo Hernandez - 7
Came on and got involved straight away, trying to dictate. Moved the ball around well, some lovely passes. One or two didn't come off.
